Lawn mowers are huge polluters. In a Sydney Morning Herald article on greenhouse gases, they reported the following: “Lawn mowers produce 10 times more highly toxic volatile organic compounds than power stations”.

That’s a staggering figure, especially given most people mow their lawns once a week.

Our eco-friendly synthetic lawns are made in Australia, not in overseas plants. This is relevant because some imported artificial grass can contain potentially harmful toxins and heavy metals such as formaldehyde, lead, zinc, iron and manganese, or Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs). We use recycled products wherever possible

We try to use as many recycled products as possible. For example, we like to use recycled crusher dust, which is used as the base before the synthetic grass is laid.

For odd-shaped properties, we invest time calculating the best ways to lay the grass to ensure there is minimal wastage. When grass wastage is unavoidable, we shape the off-cuts into squares, giving these squares to prospective customers as synthetic grass samples.
