For Poynters Primary School, we dug out the area of the existing real lawn. Our installation team then put in the base materials, approximately 100mm then compacted and screeded the base for a firm but smooth foundation. This important so as to get a nice even installation and optimim drainage. All Seasons Synthetic Turf then installed our CoolPlay grass in Green, along with Snakes and Ladders a Smiley Face and ABC, these products are all part of the CoolPlus range and are manufactured specifically for schools and day cares by APT in Melbourne. This technology has also been used in the last 4 Olympic games, so not only aesthetically pleasing but extremely tough, soft and cooler than other grasses. Having our grasses manufactured by APT gives our customers peace of mind when choosing a safe long lasting Australian made product, highly tested with ISO approval.
All Seasons Synthetic Turf worked closely with the school on safety in the work place and also scheduled the installation for out of school hours. This caused minimum disruption to the school and students.

IR radiation is a component of sunlight that causes molecular vibration, which translates in to heat. The CoolPlus range of synthetic turfs does not absorb IR radiation, meaning that the synthetic grass heaps up slower than traditional synthetic grass, which leads to lower surface temperatures in direct sunlight.
