It has to be said that nothing is more typically English than a beautiful lawn. There’s no quicker way to create one than by laying turf.

Did you know that turf by the square metre is one of the cheapest forms of landscaping? But it’s very important to shop around for a reputable supplier.  The quality of the turf you use can make or break a garden.  A quality lawn is vital to any garden scheme as it provides the backdrop and sets the scene.  Buying an inferior quality turf can ruin the appearance of the whole garden.

From the finest greens turf for ornamental lawns to durable turf great for family lawns and sports use.

Garden Lawn Turf

This is our basic garden turf.  It is suitable for family lawns, particularly where cost is one of the deciding factors.  This grade of turf is tough.  It’s weed free and it has an attractive sward consisting of a basic blend of dwarf ryegrass and fescue mix.

Jubilee Turf

Our mid-range turf is highly recommended for top quality family lawns. This unique blend of grasses combines durability with fineness of leaf.

It is a blend of super-fine dwarf ryegrass, fine leafed fescue and smooth stalked meadow grass.  These grasses provide rapid recovery from wear.  The high shoot density of the grasses mean that if the lawn gets scuffed or damaged it has the ability to side-shoot and self-repair. It will grow well in dappled shade under trees as well as full sun.

By maintaining it a little longer it will offer superior durability for heavy family use or you can choose to gradually reduce the height of cut which encourages the finer grasses to become more dominant resulting in a more showy lawn.

Shadesman Turf

This is the best shade turf available within the turf industry today. It is specially designed for shaded areas and it requires little water.  No other species outperforms this variety in the shade. Its durability and aggressive growth make it ideal for heavy use.

Shadesman requires 50% less mowing than a conventional ryegrass lawn mix making it very low maintenance.

Royal Greens Turf

Our greens turf is recommended for golf and bowling greens or luxury ornamental lawns. With expert maintenance you can achieve a prestige show lawn.  The blend of very fine fescue and bent grasses so however, require a dedicated maintenance regime to keep it looking beautiful.
