Fake Grass in Ingleby Barwick

Today we have been in Ingleby Barwick (again!) not only for an installation but a measure up too! It seems the clay ground is pushing homeowners to choose a fake grass product in replacement of a natural lawn.

The team uplifted the heavy natural turf and disposed of this in a skip. This was then dug out at a certain level across the whole surface and a weed membrane was applied to the layer along with plastic edging and a crushed limestone base. This ensures that the turf is even all over therefore not a trip hazard, but it also contributes significantly to the life of the fake grass product.

The 54 square metres of Eden artificial grass took only a day and a half and this technologically advanced product is complete with a special yarn that means it springs back into shape after footfall. An artificial grass garden looks much neater and better than that, you don’t have to mow it into shape every other weekend!

Don’t worry the rectangle in the middle is meant to be there as the homeowner wanted a small area to fill with soil and plants.

In fact, this garden looks so incredible that even the customer wanted their back garden doing afterwards and we even received equiries from the neighbours!
