Soccer Pitch at Dowdy Field

The City of Hollywood, Florida opened its second artificial turf field provided by ForeverLawn. The new soccer pitch is located at Dowdy Field and is surfaced with top-of-the-line SportsGrass® Max. This artificial turf is known for its high resiliency and responsiveness, as well as the thatch zone that greatly reduces particle flyout. The City of Hollywood wanted a ultra safe field where the community could play mud-free, and that’s exactly what they got with SportsGrass Max. This new field has been highly accepted and enjoyed by the community—youth sports organizations are calling daily to use it and now it’s open for public play as well! Hollywood’s Department of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts released a letter to the community stating, “ForeverLawn has proven over our seven plus years of experience with them to have superior products serviced by quality craftsmen providing top-notch customer service. They worked closely with City staff to ensure a quality installation on time and on budget.”
