HOW DO I GET RID OF URINE SMELL ON MY SYNTHETIC GRASS

How to remove urine from synthetic grass, quickly and economically. 

All Seasons synthetic Turf has a natural Bio-Enzyme pet urine remover called P-OFF Odor Eliminator. Once diluted then sprayed on to the affected area, safely removes the odor causing Ammonia from the surface and sub base.

 Spray Gun method

1. Pick up any debris or faeces from the synthetic grass/paving
2. If using a  Spray Gun, fill the container with P-OFF and attach your hose and put the dial to  setting number 3 
3. Turn on your hose and point the nozzle spray down on the synthetic grass affected area.
4. Leave the P-OFF solution on for no more than 5 minutes
5. Agitate with a soft broom if heavily soiled
6. Remove hose from Spray Gun
7. Use the hose to rinse the P-OFF thoroughly, this reactivates the Bio-Enzymes thus breaking down any urine or pet waste soaked in to the sub base.
8. Let it dry and repeat if necessary.

Hand Pump Method 

1. Pick up any debris or faeces from the synthetic grass/paving
2. Put 240ml of P-OFF odour eliminator in to the Hand Pump receptacle
3. Fill with 4 litres of water
4. Pump then spray the affected synthetic grass area
5. Leave the P-OFF solution on for no more than 5 minutes
6. Agitate with a soft broom if heavily soiled
7. With your hose thoroughly rinse the area with water, this reactivates the Bio-Enzymes thus breaking down any urine or pet waste soaked in to the sub base
8. Let it dry then repeat  if necessary

Safe for Children and Pets, you can even use it in a small spray bottle to spray pots and garden furniture for those naughty furbabys that like to cock there leg around your area. You can also put a small amount in the mop bucket for your tiles, just remember to rinse with a clean mop after.

Stain Removal

1. Remove as much of the spill/urine as possible from the stained area
2. Fully saturate area with solution to thoroughly penetrate the surface
3. Agitate from the outside of the stain in to keep the spot from spreading. 
4. allow to work for 3 to 5 minutes
5. Blot with clean white cloths to absorb stain
6. Repeat if necessary
